About Us
Flight Experience is a unique aviation entertainment retailer. The business is owned by Flight Experience Group Limited which has other companies in its portfolio, including a simulator manufacturing business. Flight Experience Group Limited is privately held and is New Zealand-based.
Our stores use a simulator product manufactured by Pacific Simulators International Limited. The simulator is a fixed-base device modelled on the Boeing 737-800. It is designed specifically for the entertainment and (entry level) training markets. It incorporates leading edge technologies to provide an immersive aviation experience.
Flight Experience offers its customers the opportunity to “fly” a flight simulator that is about as close as it gets to the real thing. Flight Experience is developing outlets around the world, including New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, with stores in the UK, Europe and China opening in 2009. The product offer is designed to have broad appeal. It caters for consumers wishing to buy a truly memorable gift, right through to professional pilots.
Flight Experience Ltd is the franchisor and owner of the brand. Stores are individually owned and operated under a franchise system.
